“As I had a long drive to Arkansas my quality of sleep was a big deal. The room was clean the bed was so good the staff and manager were so nice and responsive , I can’t point on anything literally but for those who need quick access to Hotspring might not be a good choice also for those who want a protein boost on their breakfast menu also this place might not be a great choice.”

“Hotel was ok, but a little run down. Check in staff were friendly. Rooms were clean, but bathroom tub didn’t drain properly. Breakfast was poor. Only waffle maker, cereal, breads, and biscuits with white gravy. The syrup for the waffles wasn’t refilled, so waffles weren’t even worth it. Fine if you’re just looking for a clean and comfortable place to sleep, but don’t expect much more.”

The staff were amazing and helpful. This is a pet friendly property, both dogs and cats. The shower did not drain properly. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. ”

“This was the worst stay I have ever had at a Holiday Inn, by far. We are usually very happy with all Holiday Inns. To begin with, we ordered groceries to pick up upon our arrival for our family to have for lunches and snacks. We loaded the refrigerator, not knowing that it was broken until the next day.
