Hotel a Fountain Lake

“The security latch /lock on the door was missing half. The windows was a two piece held together with clear tape. The trim on the bottom of the wall was missing in places and fell off laying in the floor in other spots. They actually give you a plastic bag with your soap,wash cloth,towels and toilet paper. ( like am I in jail ?) And the ice machine is falling apart no scoop . Nothing in the room to get ice with. No ice bucket no cup nothing.”

“For $100 a night, it would be really nice to have a guaranteed clean experience. I don’t care if I’m in the middle of nowhere Arkansas, Best Western properties are known for better and this one just made me want to leave and go find a shower. The receptionist was super nice though. It’s not her fault the property is not maintained well. It’s a $50 a night room, not $100.”

“We liked that it was pet friendly. We liked the continental breakfast. The pool had broken chairs and the life preserver ring had mold on it. The grounds were not very well maintained. We liked having a microwave and fridge. But there were large roaches in the room that scared our mom and father (and us). We spoke to someone up front (an older gentleman) who said that the roaches were hard to keep out of the rooms because they come from the woods. I took pictures of the bugs. Would not stay at...

“Looked newly remodeled bath and flooring. Tub drain extremely slow had to turn off water during shower to allow water to drain off”

“It was almost "just right". I wish there was a small shelf in the room by the bed, a place for the remote or reading glasses. The instructions weren't very clear about what to do with the room key (place them in the box by the pool-what pool). Also the bathtub is slippery when wet. Good location, close to everything but also not the nice part of town at all.”

“Our room was keep very clean and nice the whole time. Our maid on the 14th floor was so sweet and so meticulous about her job. We stay here 4 times a year and I will ask for her floor the next time! All of the staff are informational and willing to help anytime day or night!”
